AERIAL INSTALLATIONS AND REPAIRS.

Upon arrival we remove all of the old aerial/brackets and cables before we start to install the new aerial.

we install the following on all aerial installations.

• New chimney lashing kit/brackets
• New aerial pole
• New high gain aerial suitable for your requirements/area
• New cable
• We use only the latest aerial meters to ensure your aerial is lined up for maximum viewing.

REPAIR

Our engineers carry out a full diagnostic check to ensure the fault is correctly identified. We then discuss with you what needs to be done, to ensure a quick return to viewing. Our vans carry all of the required equipment, to either carry out the repair there and then, or at your request, can book a more suitable time to repair the aerial.

SATELLITE INSTALLATION AND REPAIR

Freesat is the alternative to freeview where standard aerial coverage is not available, the only main difference is its received via a satellite dish/receiver and not an aerial. Once again there is no subscription involved the only cost is the installation.

If you have previously had Sky TV Installed then our engineers may be able to use your existing dish, but will ensure upon arrival that is still receiving a high quality signal, if its not, then don't worry we will install a brand new dish. We can either supply you with a freesat receiver or advise you on what type is best for your needs.

As with our aerial repair service our engineers will carry out a full diagnostic check to ensure the correct fault is identified before any repair is carried out.
